SPANISH TEACHER IN SITGES
Lucas Pérez, a teacher born and raised in Sitges
Following the steps of my grandmother and my mother. The inspiration to my journey.
Today, with my Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) training completed, I work as a Spanish teacher for foreigners in Sitges and online. It is a natural step after many professional and personal experiences related to multiculturalism, languages, and communication. I offer private Spanish lessons, group classes, and Spanish courses.
In 2020, I completed a course at the European University of Madrid (UEM) specializing in French-to-Spanish translation, and since then, I have participated in various translation and audiovisual translation projects.
In 2021, I worked as a tour guide at the Museums of Sitges, so I can also share my knowledge about the culture and history of Sitges.
In 2023, alongside teaching private Spanish lessons in Sitges, I volunteered with the Red Cross (Vilanova i la Geltrú) and the Bayt Foundation (Barcelona), where I taught Spanish to migrants and refugees.
